We know that you rely on the Luximprint team for our advanced optics fabrication solutions and we want to let you know that we are here for you during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) global situation. We want to ensure that you have access to our optics design and optical 3D printing services that you need to keep your design and engineering projects running smoothly, as well as the materials, technical support and advice from our team that you need to adapt.

We are taking steps to minimize any disruptions to our business while prioritizing the health and safety of our employees as well as the community and you, our valued customers. As new government-mandated restrictions unfold, or there are changes in the situation, we will continue to adapt and will inform you.

Optics Prototyping Services and Engineering

As companies are adjusting their supply chains, we are here for you. Our additive optics fabrication facilities continue to operate at normal capacity and those who are interested can have their projects quoted here.

Our optics design partners are ready to assist with your optical engineering projects and are available for advice and project discussions, but focused on remote communication through phone, email, and video conferencing.

Materials Inventory and Ordering

We are currently in a strong inventory position and do not anticipate any backorders or disruptions to most of our product line including hardware parts, substrates and optical resins. For the most efficient ordering, feel free to work directly with our orders team as you normally would.

Technical Support and Training

Our Sales Engineering team will continue to provide onsite service to customers who are allowing visitors and are rescheduling appointments for those who have implemented onsite restrictions. We will also be available for remote support through email, phone, and web conferencing, and are taking necessary precautions when onsite to ensure everyone’s safety.

Sales, Application Support, and Demos

We continue to operate with our staff providing demonstrations, webinars, and application support for you remotely, and where applicable, on-site. We are taking all the necessary safety precautions to minimize any risk and are available to meet with you and your team.
