At Luximprint, we thrive on the support of our people. Together, we form a team of flexible young and experienced senior professionals. Without their skills, daily motivation and above all the passion for what they do, we would not be able to make our vision come true!
Our core team exists of a handful of seasoned design and manufacturing professionals, supported by a larger poule of opto-mechanical design engineers, trained and educated to work with our advanced technology. Together, we shape and prototype the best possible solutions for your next design and engineering project.
Whether you are a start-up company, young growth firm or a global industry leader, our team faces your challenges with a fair dose of passion, integrity and enthusiasm, operating in a young yet professional and dynamic work environment. We are an SME company with (still) the spirit of a start-up, allowing for great flexibility, teamwork and short communication lines (also with the various disciplines directly). Additionally, we may rely on students from universities, applied sciences around the globe, carrying out various sub-projects or research.

Leadership
John serves Luximprint as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and is always keen to develop a next process capability, dedicate his time to another Feasibility Study or supervise the Optical Design department, while guiding the production team at the same time.
At Luximprint, he does everything from paying taxes to creating display items for the showroom, to organizing team meetings, to supervising sales & marketing efforts, or to just pouring coffee for his tired employees.
