On November 14, 2017 Luximprint will be giving a seminar about its novel technology for rapid prototyping of decorative and optical plastics and Optographix at ‘Generative Techniques for the Production of Tomorrow’ in Lüdenscheid, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The seminar is organised by Kunststoff-Institut Lüdenscheid and hosts local professionals from the Sauerland based optical- and lighting industries. They are kindly invited to join the conference and learn how additive fabrication technologies are changing the future of manufacturing.
Additive Technology Insights
The seminar will provide the participants deeper insigths in the various technologies that are introduced. Main topics are precision, quality and performance. A range of Rapid Prototyping and Rapid Tooling Technologies will be introduced and the application areas explained in more detail. From a plastics perspective, Luximprint will show how additive fabrication can ease the fabrication of tomorrow, while reducing the overall cost and lead time related to it. Luximprint additive manufacturing technology comes with great flexibility, and lowers the bar for new product development and iterative design processing.
Sharing Best Practices
In addition, best practices and applications will be shared and discussed by both speakers and conference visitors. Users – ranging from early innovation adopters to laggards – share their experiences and insights, determining the potential of the individual technologies in development and fabrication.
